  • Development of organometallic chemical materials for IT devices and technologies for depositing semiconductor/display films and manufacturing devices by using the materials

Development of functional polymeric chemical materials based on new processes

Development of technology for synthesizing basic fluorine-based raw materials by using pyrolysis and fluoridation methods

  • Development of apparatus for new pyrolysis technology; establishment of process conditions for producing basic raw materials for semiconductors (TFE and HFP); and providing feedback
  • Optimization of fluoridation apparatus and synthesis of perfluorinated amine-based compounds for semiconductors

  • Development of organometallic chemical materials for Group 4 metal oxides that can be used as high dielectric materials of DRAM capacity and dielectric of HKMG; deposition of thin films of the materials; and development of device manufacturing process

  • Development and transfer of process technology for graphite pretreatment and graphene manufacturing
  • Securing source technology for polyimide polymerization catalyst and process based on aqueous system and environment-friendly process
